Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all JK garment tags are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your return's progress.
